Overview:
Welcome to Uganda, the Pearl of Africa — a land of dazzling contrasts where lush forests meet golden savannahs, and the mighty Nile River carves its path through untamed wilderness. At the heart of this natural wonderland lies Murchison Falls National Park, Uganda’s largest and most spectacular protected area. Here, the River Nile bursts through a narrow 7-meter gorge and crashes into the Devil’s Cauldron below, creating one of the most powerful waterfalls on the continent.
This 3-day safari combines game drives, a Nile boat cruise, and the breathtaking Murchison Falls experience — offering a front-row seat to Africa’s incredible wildlife, landscapes, and legends.

Itinerary
Day 1: Journey to the Wild — Kampala to Murchison Falls
Your adventure begins with an early morning departure from Kampala or Entebbe, heading northwest through scenic countryside dotted with tea plantations, roadside markets, and friendly villages.
Make a memorable stop at the Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary for an unforgettable on-foot rhino tracking experience — the only place in Uganda where rhinos roam freely under careful protection. Continue toward Murchison Falls National Park, entering a landscape of rolling plains, riverine forests, and acacia woodlands. Check in at your lodge and take some time to relax before an optional evening game drive or sunset riverfront walk.
Highlight: As dusk settles, the horizon glows amber and gold — elephants silhouetted against the Nile, hippos grunting in the shallows.

Day 2: Safari Adventure & The Mighty Falls
Awaken to the sounds of the wild — distant bird calls, rustling grasses, and the first rays of sunlight stretching across the savannah.
After breakfast, embark on an early morning game drive across the park’s northern plains. Look for Rothschild’s giraffes, elephants, lions, leopards, buffalo, and the elegant Uganda kob, whose golden coats shimmer in the morning light. Return to the lodge for lunch before setting out on a boat cruise along the Nile to the base of Murchison Falls. Along the way, marvel at hippos basking in the sun, crocodiles sliding into the river, and elephants cooling off at the water’s edge. The journey culminates in a spectacular view of the thundering waterfall ahead.
Disembark for an optional guided hike to the Top of the Falls, where you’ll feel the spray on your face as millions of gallons of water surge through a crack in the rocks. The view from above is simply unforgettable.
Highlight: Standing above the falls, watching the entire Nile explode through the gorge — an awe-inspiring encounter with nature’s raw power.
Meals: Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner
Day 3: Scenic Farewell — Return to Kampala
Enjoy a leisurely breakfast overlooking the Nile. Depending on your schedule, you may opt for a short morning game drive or visit to the Top of the Falls viewpoint before departing.
As you travel back toward Kampala or Entebbe, take in Uganda’s ever-changing landscapes — rolling hills, roadside fruit stalls, and smiling faces waving from the fields.
Stop for lunch en route and perhaps browse for handcrafted souvenirs in Masindi or at a local market. Arrive back in the city by evening, your heart full and your camera full of unforgettable memories.
Highlight: Reflect on your journey — the roaring falls, the rhythm of the Nile, and the timeless beauty of Uganda’s wilderness.
